Welcome to Beltran Tires. By requesting our 24/7 mobile tire service and roadside assistance, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Beltran Tires provides mobile tire repair, replacement, and balancing services within our specified California service areas. All Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) provided by dispatch are estimates only and can vary due to traffic, weather, and distance.
By requesting dispatch, you authorize a service fee. If you cancel the service after our technician has been dispatched, a standard cancellation fee will apply. Payments are due immediately upon completion of service via authorized payment methods.
The customer must ensure the vehicle is in a safe location for our technicians to operate. Vehicles on dangerous highway shoulders may require proper law enforcement or safety escort as per California vehicle safety guidelines.
Beltran Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our roadside services or delayed arrival times. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
