Bienvenido a Beltran Tires. Al solicitar nuestro servicio m\u00f3vil de llantas y asistencia en carretera las 24 horas, los 7 d\u00edas de la semana, aceptas cumplir con los siguientes t\u00e9rminos y condiciones. Si no est\u00e1s de acuerdo, por favor no utilices nuestros servicios.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

1. SERVICIOS M\u00d3VILES Y DE EMERGENCIA EN CARRETERA<\/h2>\r\n

Beltran Tires brinda servicios de reparaci\u00f3n, reemplazo y balanceo m\u00f3vil de llantas dentro de nuestras \u00e1reas de servicio especificadas en California. Todos los tiempos estimados de llegada (ETA) proporcionados por el despacho son solo estimaciones y pueden variar debido al tr\u00e1fico, el clima y la distancia.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

2. POL\u00cdTICA DE PAGO Y CANCELACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\r\n

Al solicitar un despacho, autorizas un cargo por servicio. Si cancelas el servicio despu\u00e9s de que nuestro t\u00e9cnico haya sido enviado, se aplicar\u00e1 un cargo por cancelaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar. Los pagos se deben realizar de inmediato al finalizar el servicio a trav\u00e9s de los m\u00e9todos de pago autorizados.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

3. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CLIENTE<\/h2>\r\n

El cliente debe asegurarse de que el veh\u00edculo se encuentre en un lugar seguro para que nuestros t\u00e9cnicos puedan operar. Los veh\u00edculos en orillas peligrosas de la autopista (highway shoulders) pueden requerir la asistencia de las autoridades correspondientes o una escolta de seguridad, de acuerdo con las pautas de seguridad vehicular de California.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

4. LIMITACI\u00d3N DE RESPONSABILIDAD<\/h2>\r\n

Beltran Tires no se hace responsable de da\u00f1os indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que resulten del uso de nuestros servicios en carretera o de los retrasos en los tiempos de llegada. Nuestra responsabilidad total no exceder\u00e1 el monto pagado por el servicio espec\u00edfico prestado.<\/p>\r\n \r\n
